1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any StreamQ service, website, application, or related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and StreamQ ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Have a valid internet connection capable of streaming video content
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. StreamQ reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who fail to meet these requirements.

3. The Service

StreamQ provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services that deliver live television channels, video-on-demand content, electronic programme guides (EPG), and related features via internet connection.

3.1 Service Description

• Access to live and on-demand streaming channels
• Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) for scheduling information
• Compatible with various devices as outlined in our device support documentation
• Customer support via WhatsApp during stated hours

3.2 Service Availability

While we endeavour to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical faults or infrastructure issues
• Third-party service disruptions
• Force majeure events
• Internet service provider issues outside our control

3.3 Service Modifications

StreamQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes where practicable.

4. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Ensuring your contact details remain current and accurate

Each subscription is for individual use only. You must not share your account credentials with third parties. StreamQ monitors for multiple simultaneous connections and may terminate accounts found to be sharing credentials.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Pricing

Current subscription pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required upfront before service activation
• We accept payment via WhatsApp-facilitated methods as communicated during the order process
• Subscriptions are non-auto-renewing unless explicitly agreed otherwise
• Your subscription expires at the end of the purchased period

5.3 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, it provides limited access for the stated trial period. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to limit trial availability to one per household.

5.4 Price Changes

StreamQ reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any price changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Share your account credentials or subscription with others outside your household
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without express written permission
• Use the Service for any commercial broadcast or public performance purpose
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's technical systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Service
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with other users' access to the Service
• Access the Service from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law
• Use the Service to infringe any intellectual property rights

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The StreamQ name, logo, website design, and all associated materials are the property of StreamQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content available through the Service is provided under licence from content owners and rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and view content through the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder.

8. Content & Channel Availability

The channels and content available through the Service are subject to change. StreamQ:

• Does not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, programme, or content at any time
• May add, remove, or modify channels and content without prior notice
• Is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or availability of third-party content
• Reserves the right to restrict access to certain content based on geographic location or licensing requirements

Content availability may vary based on your location, device, and internet connection quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STREAMQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamQ's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to StreamQ in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL STREAMQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds upon cancellation.

10.2 Termination by Us

StreamQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• You fail to make payment when due
• We are required to do so by law or regulation
• We discontinue the Service

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before bringing a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us to seek an informal resolution. We are committed to resolving customer concerns quickly and fairly.

If you are a UK consumer, you also have the right to use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

StreamQ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date
• Sending a notification via WhatsApp or email where reasonably practicable

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
