StreamQ ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the personal data and privacy rights of individuals in the United Kingdom. This policy sets out how we collect, process, and protect your information when you interact with our website (streamq.co.uk) and our WhatsApp customer communication desk.

2. What Information We Collect
We adhere to strict data-minimization principles under UK GDPR. We only collect information strictly necessary to provision and maintain your streaming service:
- WhatsApp Contact Data: Mobile phone number and messaging history when you contact our customer desk.
- Technical Setup Details: Streaming device model (e.g. Firestick 4K, Samsung Tizen) and MAG MAC address if set-top box activation is requested.
- Aggregated Web Analytics: Anonymized interaction metrics (page visits, CTA clicks) without persistent third-party cross-site profiling cookies.
We do not store or process debit/credit card numbers on our web servers.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing
Under Article 6 of the UK GDPR, we process your information on the following legal bases:
- Contractual Necessity: To generate unique M3U/Xtream credentials and deliver the requested streaming passes.
- Legitimate Interests: To troubleshoot streaming latency, prevent network abuse, and enhance service security.
- Consent: Where you have explicitly opted into direct WhatsApp messaging.
4. Data Retention & Security
We retain customer communications only for the duration of your active streaming pass plus 30 days to facilitate renewals. Expired trial records are purged automatically. All server communications utilize TLS 1.3 encryption.

As a UK resident, you retain the following statutory rights regarding your personal data:
- The right of access to any personal data held about you.
- The right to rectification of inaccurate or outdated information.
- The right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten").
